Cuisine plays a very important role at our resorts. For one, we do not do buffets as we like to offer our guests food which is fresh and made to their liking. Further, while we intentionally avoid our menu running into pages, we will delight you with amazing options of Rajasthani, Continental and Gujarati cuisine. Our Chef and his team will be delighted to prepare your personal preference, should it not be on the menu.

Our all day dining restaurant, The Aravalli, takes inspiration from the Aravalli Hills that surround it. You also have the option of outdoor dining at Aangan, as you look onto the lofty green hills around.
